Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate patient flow from admissions to discharges
• Support quality of care as a Clinical Expediter




• Engage in process improvement with medical staff
• Respond to clinical concerns during evening shifts
• Prepare reports on patient activity for management

Requirements:
• Valid CNO membership as Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required
• 5 years in clinical roles and 3 years in leadership
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in multi-disciplinary healthcare settings
