Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of compensation and HR systems policies
• Oversee staff in job evaluation and HR record maintenance
• Engage in collective bargaining processes and contract discussions




• Direct job evaluation responses and appeals
• Monitor and assess effectiveness of compensation practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
• At least 5 years of HR experience focused on compensation
• CPHR or CCP certifications preferred
• Competence in HR systems and office software
• Driver’s Licence for British Columbia is mandatory
