In this permanent position, you will oversee payroll and benefits administration while ensuring adherence to CRA and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate payroll policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations
• Perform audits to maintain data integrity
• Manage pension administration according to legal requirements
• Lead and support team development and performance
Requirements:
• Degree in business administration, accounting or HR
• Five to seven years of supervisory payroll experience
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and computerized payroll systems
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
