What you’ll be doing As the Application developer, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on batch processing and system stability. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of PeopleSoft environments. How you’ll succeed Assist in the development and implementation of PeopleSoft enhancements and customisations.
Support batch processing jobs, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application incidents.
Collaborate with business users and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to change management processes.
Perform application and system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for PeopleSoft applications.
Who you are 2–6 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules, tools (App Designer, SQR, People Code), and batch processing.
Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
Experience with troubleshooting application issues and performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
