Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team of 3–4 design engineers
• Own design output and approve manufacturing releases

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in custom machinery design
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and industry standards
• Leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Robust organizational and communication skills
