Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and interpret collective agreements
• Provide coaching on performance management and investigations




• Lead workplace violence and harassment investigations
• Prepare documents for negotiations and arbitrations
• Support internal recruitment and leave management

Requirements:
• University degree and CHRP required
• 3 years HR experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous unionized environment experience
• Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources
• Must reside within 125km of hospital locations
