Reporting to the Director of Pre-Certification Education, this role is vital for delivering and managing the CPA Pre-Certification Program. You will be responsible for tackling complex student escalations and implementing operational strategies that maximize efficiency and engagement. Your analytical skills will drive a better understanding of program effectiveness and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on strategic initiatives and operational plans
• Investigate and resolve complicated student concerns
• Conduct data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
• Foster stakeholder relationships and contribute to projects
• Aid in financial monitoring and budget assessments
Requirements:
• CPA designation and degree in Business or related fields
• At least five years in professional education settings
• Proven analytical capabilities and report preparation skills
• Robust organizational and communication proficiencies
• Experience with learning management platforms a plus
