As the Director of Development, you will manage robust fundraising efforts aimed at fostering long-lasting donor relationships. Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will take charge of strategies across various donor streams while guiding a committed fundraising team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fundraising staff, setting performance metrics
• Personally engage with major donors for direct gift asks
• Execute comprehensive annual fundraising strategies




• Oversee mid-level fundraising and donor pathways
• Represent The Salvation Army at key stakeholder events

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of progressive fundraising experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Expertise in relationship fundraising techniques
• Comfort with data analysis and CRM tools
• Post-graduate degree and CFRE designation required
