Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines
• Perform outreach and thorough screening of candidates
• Work alongside hiring managers for ideal selections
• Represent Gateway at key recruitment events
• Advocate for diversity in hiring practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree is generally preferred
• At least 3 years of involvement in talent acquisition
• Skilled in sourcing logistics or operations talent
• Excellent communication and ATS familiarity
• Availability for occasional recruiting travel
