Join our team as an Offshore Shift Supervisor, overseeing essential wind turbine service operations. Your leadership will ensure the safety and efficiency of onsite turbine servicing tasks.

In this role, reporting to the SOV Shift Manager, you will supervise offshore technicians and manage daily operations within offshore wind service activities. Your expertise will support adherence to safety requirements and operational planning, facilitating smooth communication among customers, crew, and site leadership. Constant weather monitoring and coordination of personnel transfers will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technicians in servicing the V236 wind turbine fleet
• Oversee daily compliance with safety and operational standards




• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders during shifts
• Monitor weather forecasts to adjust operations as necessary
• Organize crew transfers while ensuring safety and compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical or electrical experience
• Familiarity with VOB SCADA operations
• Completion of TBC 300 tasks or A-Level Technician status
• Path to AT-LT status achievable within 6 months
• Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
