Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize asset performance with preventative maintenance
• Analyze feedback to identify reliability solutions
• Develop metrics with Maintenance and Operations teams
• Facilitate continuous process improvements
• Lead teams on reliability and maintenance projects

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Certified as a Professional Engineer
• Knowledge of RCFA and related methodologies
• Experience with maintenance management programs

Drive impactful reliability strategies at one of Canada’s largest oil refineries.
