Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support footwear department team members
• Delegate tasks with explicit direction and follow up
• Train staff on standard operating procedures
• Maintain visual presentation standards in the department
• Resolve customer issues with good judgment

Requirements:
• Two years supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Open availability for varying shifts
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is a plus
