As a Swim Instructor, you'll organize and prepare lessons for various skill levels, ensuring swimmers receive effective instruction. You will also supervise the pools, splash pad, and deck areas while ensuring cleanliness and order to foster enjoyable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct swim classes using core lesson plans
• Perform water rescue and first aid when necessary




• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool areas
• Complete daily attendance and progress tracking
• Organize classes and provide feedback effectively

Requirements:
• Standard First Aid with CPR-C & AED
• National Lifeguard (NL) Pool certification
• Completion of Swim Instructor course (NLS preferred)
• Arrive 10 minutes early for scheduled shifts
• High levels of organization and communication skills
