Support students with special needs at Legacy Park Elementary School in Weyburn, SK. This temporary Educational Assistant role focuses on behavior planning, academic support, and personal care needs.

Starting September 2, 2026, this position requires six hours of daily work, emphasizing team-oriented engagement with students. You will work under teacher direction to implement life skills and academic programming while ensuring students' personal hygiene and medical needs are met. Additionally, assisting with transport and oversight of intensive need students will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lift and support students, up to 60 lbs independently
• Transport students using personal vehicle if necessary




• Attend to personal hygiene and medical requirements
• Plan life skills and academic programs collaboratively
• Supervise small groups and manage behavior plans

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma recognized by the Board
• Valid driver's license for transportation
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
• Knowledge of educational software
