• Support internal invoicing and cost allocations

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in construction financial tracking
• Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE or similar tools
• Advanced skills in Excel for cost analysis
• Understanding of project budgets and purchase orders
• Ability to spot discrepancies and communicate effectively
