• Supervise and train Audit Associates effectively
• Utilize RSM’s Global Audit Methodology in engagements
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and teams
• Identify key accounting and auditing issues impacting clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license or progress toward it
• 2–3 years of assurance experience in public accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software
• Strong project management and analytical skills
