Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in solution design workshops and presentations
• Design integrated systems for client's HR and payroll
• Analyze business processes to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 8+ years in solution design or implementation
• 5+ years in HR or financial benefits services
• Familiarity with retirement plan design and administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
