Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, coach, and direct operational staff to meet revenue goals
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and reporting
• Liaise with Value Village Stores for merchandise delivery




• Prepare and oversee yearly budgets for operations
• Report on employee productivity and manage staff meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years driving experience with a Class 5/G license
• University degree or College diploma in Business Administration
• 5-7 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary workplace
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial management and planning
