Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical programs ensuring effective implementation
• Identify and manage risk alongside organizational teams
• Monitor compliance with regulations and quality standards




• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Foster team members’ development through mentorship

Requirements:
• At least three years as a Registered Nurse in long-term care
• Preference for candidates with supervisory experience
• Active registration with applicable nursing body
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement initiatives
• Strong clinical and time management skills
