Teck is looking for a full-time Engineer In Training to join its mining operations. You'll assist in the development of integrated production plans, drawing on operational insights to optimize performance. This role allows you to support both Drill & Blast and Short-Range Planning functions, ensuring alignment with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support creation and optimization of production schedules
• Assist with drill and blast design and managing patterns
• Analyze constraints impacting operational plans




• Supervise plan performance and measure key metrics
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• EIT or P.Eng. eligible or registered
• 3–5 years in mining production planning
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
