Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of practice standards and policies
• Facilitate quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Develop mentorship and coaching programs for staff




• Analyze evidence for continuous care improvement
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to design effective care initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Ontario registration
• Proven focus in Adult Home and Community Care
• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
