In this position, you will lead collaborative efforts to improve clinical practices and address emerging health trends. Previous managerial experience and a strong understanding of the healthcare system are vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster innovation and critical thinking in clinical practice
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care
• Consult with IH decision-makers and external clinical resources




• Create and manage project budgets effectively
• Participate in research and quality enhancement projects

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field required
• Seven years of related clinical experience; three in administration
• Current membership in a relevant professional regulatory college
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills
• Ability to navigate complex project environments
