Take charge of risk management with Manulife as the GWAM Risk Management Manager. This hybrid role involves executing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program and collaborating with business leaders.

In this critical first line (Line 1B) role, you will partner with business process and control owners to ensure compliance with the Company’s operational risk standards. Key responsibilities include conducting inherent risk assessments, facilitating RCSAs, maintaining risk inventories, and executing control effectiveness testing. You will provide effective training and promote a robust risk management culture across all supported businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the GWAM RCSA Program in line with standards
• Facilitate risk assessments to identify operational risks




• Conduct RCSAs and document key findings
• Maintain and update risk and control documentation
• Prepare risk reports for management and committees

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in Operational Risk Management or related fields
• Expertise in facilitating RCSAs and operational risk assessments
• Knowledge of risk management standards and controls
• Solid analytical and communication abilities
• Proven stakeholder management skills
