Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure management of all aspects from design to completion
• Prepare accurate billing and secure payments for subcontractors
• Conduct regular meetings with various stakeholders




• Forecast and report project costs, maintaining cash flow
• Communicate project risks to the Area Manager

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in Heavy Civil construction
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Working knowledge of construction management software
• Solid client relationship-building skills
• Experience in concrete work and tunneling is an asset
