Drive strategic workforce initiatives as a Consultant for Workforce Planning and Development at SGI in Saskatchewan. This role permits hybrid, onsite, or remote work, shaping company culture and employee engagement.
As a full time Consultant (up to 16 months), you'll lead efforts in organizational development, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance performance management and workforce planning. Your expertise will support the delivery of tailored programming focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and implement organizational development strategies
• Facilitate team effectiveness discussions and tools
• Oversee employee experience and engagement programs
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights
• Create succession management plans and tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• Certification in organizational development preferred
• At least five years' related experience
• Proficient in HR functions and consulting processes
• Strong communication and project management skills
