Drive data-driven policy changes as a Results Fellow with Minnesota Management and Budget. Engage with community members and enhance state programs by analyzing qualitative data.
This limited-term, full-time role is ideal for recent graduates or students completing relevant graduate programs. Work collaboratively to improve the coordination and impact of state programs while developing solid communication skills and a commitment to equity. Your contributions will shape policies affecting Minnesotans' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect qualitative data to inform policymakers
• Conduct in-depth analysis with internal technical work groups
• Identify opportunities for improving state program effectiveness
• Prepare visual reports and deliver presentations
• Disseminate findings for broader community engagement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields or 3 years of data experience
• Data manipulation skills (Stata, Python, R)
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Effective communication for diverse audiences
• Respect for diversity and inclusive work approach
