We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand 310T Technician to lead maintenance operations in our busy shop. This role demands strong diagnostic skills for heavy-duty vehicles and the ability to mentor apprentices. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and annual safety inspections, ensuring fleet reliability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial vehicles
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Mentor and provide support to apprentices




• Coordinate workflow and prioritize repair tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the workshop

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
• 3+ years of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting abilities for diesel engines and systems
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (DZ preferred)
• Ability to travel across the U.S. border
