Our client is in search of a CFO to establish and enhance the finance function of their rapidly expanding organization. This role is about building from the ground up rather than maintaining the status quo. You'll be responsible for financial strategy, oversight of financial controls, and integration of acquisitions across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the CEO’s primary financial advisor
• Develop branch-level financial reporting and KPIs
• Own financial reporting integrity and timeliness

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience
