As the People Business Partner, you will serve as the primary HR contact for the Canada Business Unit of Ferrero. Your responsibilities will encompass managing employee relations, guiding recruitment processes, conducting effective training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to resolve employee relations matters

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years as a People Business Partner
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required
• CPG experience is advantageous
• Sound understanding of employment legislation
• Master’s Degree is a bonus
