Role Snapshot
This position is ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the end-to-end delivery of construction projects rather than sitting on the sidelines.
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, becoming a key part of the team that ensures every job is delivered safely, efficiently, on program and on budget .

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will have varied, hands‑on responsibilities, including:
Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of active construction projects
Preparing, maintaining,
and filing project documentation to a high standard
Completing and managing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) records
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to keep sites running smoothly
Conducting quantity take‑offs and assisting with procurement of materials and services
Drafting, issuing, and administering subcontract agreements
Identifying, documenting, and administering project variations
Processing invoices and progress claims in line with contractual requirements
Assisting with cost control, forecasting and project reporting
Participating in client, consultant, and site meetings , contributing to proactive communication and problem‑solving
Providing day‑to‑day operational support to the Project Manager across multiple concurrent projects
