You'll engage in developing and reviewing processes to enhance compliance and data accuracy while tracking medical requests to maintain confidentiality standards. Ensure organizational procedures are adhered to while assisting the growing needs of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee medical records management and compliance training
• Participate in developing processes and procedures
• Conduct quality checks on data integrity and privacy
• Track information requests for annual reporting
• Support new hires with orientation in medical record processes
Requirements:
• Onsite availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Proficient in data management and computer use
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in healthcare or community-care settings preferred
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel preferred
