With a steady schedule of 16.5 hours a week, you will engage with owners and guests to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the property, assisting with minor repairs, and ensuring cleanliness in all common areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to owner and guest requests
• Assist with minor service and repair duties
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas effectively
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and linens
• Ensure safe outdoor conditions during winter

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and service-oriented skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Previous experience in hospitality or maintenance is a plus
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Capability to work independently and in teams
