With robust experience, you will manage the project lifecycle, from scope development to regulatory submissions, and mentor junior staff to cultivate a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough archaeological assessments per MCM guidelines
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications
• Deliver technical reviews meeting quality standards
• Mentor archaeological staff for professional growth




• Analyze archaeological data contextual to Northern Ontario

Requirements:
• MCM professional license for archaeological fieldwork
• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience and 5 years in leadership
• Expertise in Ontario’s archaeological context and standards
• Robust project management capabilities
• Provincial and Federal Security Clearance when required
