In this role, you'll report to the Fixed Operations Manager and play a critical role in customer engagements during service visits. Your tasks will include managing vehicle traffic, picking up and delivering cars, and maintaining the showroom's parking areas. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about automotive services while progressing in Fixed Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival at the service department
• Oversee vehicle traffic for efficiency
• Deliver and pick up vehicles for customers
• Ensure the parking lot is clean and organized
• Support the service team as needed
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is essential
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear driver's abstract and valid Class 5 license
• Comfortable using technology in daily tasks
