Key responsibilities include preparing check requisitions, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare check requisitions for A/R transactions
• Monitor employment agreements and leave records
• Process accounts receivable transactions and invoices




• Reconcile accounts receivable with general ledger monthly
• Issue invoices for utility bills and social service payments

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Adagio
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to exercise judgment and confidentiality
