In this role, you'll manage the BHPN membership program, ensuring it grows with the evolving needs of our community. Key responsibilities involve developing member advantages, monitoring satisfaction, and forming strategic partnerships with educational and healthcare institutions. Your role is crucial to fostering meaningful connections and promoting valuable resources for Black professionals in health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance the BHPN membership experience continually
• Develop strategies for member satisfaction and retention




• Identify trends and recommend new programs for members
• Manage relationships with strategic partners
• Serve as the point of contact for member support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in membership or community roles
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Experience with membership management systems preferred
• Based in Toronto with access to a vehicle
