As a vital team member reporting to the Manager, Certification Advisors, your mission will focus on enhancing apprenticeship and certification systems in British Columbia. You will engage with stakeholders, conduct compliance activities, and offer invaluable support while fostering a customer-centric ethos. Your ability to interpret legislation and provide outreach efforts is crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent SkilledTradesBC to stakeholders and apprentices
• Conduct compliance inspections, audits, and investigations




• Provide guidance on legislative requirements to clients
• Ensure records and databases are updated accurately
• Conduct public education workshops and outreach activities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or trades certification preferred
• Experience with the apprenticeship system and compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics
• Valid BC driver's license for travel requirements
