- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed
Other important requirements -Need to be over 19 for serving alcohol.
- Prefer availability for weekday mornings.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed by the restaurant management team. Pay: $16.64 per hour
