The Role:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll assist in managing the specialized inventory that keeps our services running, including modem installation kits and other peripheral devices such as Wi-Fi Extenders, Set-Top Boxes, and VOIP telephone devices. You'll handle device provisioning, kitting, packing and shipping, returns processing, and keeping our technicians stocked and on the road.

Responsibilities:

- Device Provisioning: Scan, log, and organize consumer hardware including modems,, and TV set top boxes. Keep stock of provisioned devices kitted and shelved for future orders
- Kit Assembly & Packing: Assemble each order to match what the customer signed up for, pulling the right equipment and accessories for that specific package. Pack and label shipments accurately, and process outbound shipping and receiving.
- Return Processing: Log and triage returned equipment, sorting what can go back into circulation, what goes back to the supplier under warranty, and what needs proper disposal.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clear and workable. Garbage and boxes out regularly,



space available, stock organized.

Qualifications:

- Interest and enthusiasm for what our mission is as a company
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset but not essential
- Some basic foundational knowledge around the technology of cable and fibre based Internet and associated hardware
- Basic computer navigation skills, comfortable working in an inventory or CRM system
- Attention to detail with serialized inventory such as MAC addresses and serial numbers
- Valid driver's license is an asset, helpful for occasional pickups, drops, and supporting the field team
- Physical stamina. May require some heavy lifting at times and movement of pallets using a hydraulic jack
