ACCOUNTABILITIES The Warehouse Associate’s accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Warehouse Operations

- Receive and store inbound goods, including verifying shipments and completing put-away.

- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.

- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.

- Move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment and procedures.

- Build hoses safely and accurately according to customer specifications.

- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and labeling.

- Verify order accuracy prior to shipment to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and stock levels.

- Ensure secure operation of all equipment and vehicles.

- Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

- Adhere to company policies, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment

(PPE) and all health and safety protocols.

1. Other Duties

- Assist with other warehouse duties as required to support operational needs.

- Adhere to all company and customer site safety requirements and protocols.





- Employees are required to achieve and maintain competency in core Warehouse Associate responsibilities prior to being trained on additional or advanced duties.

- Once core competency is demonstrated, employees may be cross trained across warehouse functions to support operational needs, with opportunities for specialization based on business requirements.

- Leaders are responsible for defining core versus advanced duties and determining readiness for upskilling based on performance, skills, and demonstrated capability.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Completion of High School

- Forklift operator training certificate or forklift certification is an asset

- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and receiving/shipping contacts

- Comfortable reading and interpreting work orders, labels, and safety documentation
- A valid Social Insurance Number and legally entitled to work in Canada under relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
