Supreme Cash and Carry is looking for a reliable, hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Inventory & Order Replenishment to join our growing team.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

This is a hands-on warehouse position combining receiving, picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchase order preparation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the warehouse, accurate preparation of customer orders, monitoring inventory levels, and raising replenishment/purchase orders when products reach their minimum stock levels.

The main objective is to maintain accurate inventory, prevent stock shortages, and ensure products are available for our customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Verify incoming products against purchase orders and supplier documents
- Report shortages, damages, incorrect products, and quantity discrepancies
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for delivery and customer pickup
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Stock and replenish warehouse shelves and racking
- Ensure products are stored in their correct warehouse locations
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Use barcode scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Inventory Control & Minimum Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels daily
- Ensure products maintain established minimum stock levels
- Identify products that are approaching or have reached their reorder point




- Closely monitor fast-moving and high-demand products
- Compare physical inventory with system inventory
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory counts
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Identify and report damaged, expired, slow-moving, and excess inventory
- Check expiry dates and product condition
- Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable

Replenishment & Purchase Orders
- Raise replenishment/purchase orders when inventory reaches the established minimum stock level
- Determine replenishment quantities based on current inventory, minimum stock requirements, and expected demand
- Check outstanding purchase orders before raising recent orders to avoid duplicate purchasing
- Ensure replenishment orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Communicate urgent shortages and critical inventory requirements to management
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and expected delivery dates
- Report supplier delays or unavailable products
- Help prevent both stockouts and unnecessary overstocking

Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Inventory control, replenishment, purchasing, or purchase order experience is a strong asset
- Experience in wholesale, grocery, food service, restaurant supply, or distribution is preferred
- Comfortable using inventory, POS, ERP,



or warehouse management systems
- Basic computer and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Forklift and/or pallet jack experience is an asset

The successful candidate should not wait until an item is completely out of stock. They should proactively monitor inventory, identify products approaching minimum stock levels, and raise replenishment orders on time.
