Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Floral Express is looking for a new role in the Company, Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in all aspects of Operations. These areas include but are not limited to quality, fulfillment, and inventory control. This is a hands-on, physical role, picking & packing orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ability to provide coverage as required in the roles below. Training will be provided

Fulfillment/Packing/Strapping- Hands on responsibility

- Fulfillment associates are expected to understand the sorting and picking aspects of production
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for required jobs
- Dependent on business need, position may require you to be able to work on powered equipment (i.e. electric pump truck).



Training provided

Quality-Control, as assigned

- Assist in checking orders for accuracy
- Assist in packing orders and checking quality
- Other duties as prescribed.

Required Knowledge and Experience· High School Diploma · Must be a team player with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic

· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Robust computer skills/knowledge

· Quality control experience

· No recent moving or driving violations

· Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, load add-ons)

· Team driven but able to work independently when required
