Join our agile team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Duties

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision using warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 or similar platforms
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment
- Assist with packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate heavy equipment while following safety protocols for heavy lifting and construction-related tasks
- Support manufacturing or construction-related activities when necessary, applying relevant experience to enhance warehouse operations

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures
- Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing or construction environments is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift




- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking and packaging techniques
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as load & unload machinery is a plus
