Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Duties

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, order processing, and distribution logistics
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks such as materials handling, forklift operation, and safety protocols
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate reports
- Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies
- Oversee freight arrangements, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers and demand planning to meet delivery schedules
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance




- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a secure working environment

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in warehouse or logistics operations with strong leadership skills
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and AS400 platforms
- Hands-on experience with materials management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of procurement practices, freight management, and demand planning strategies
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and optimize warehouse distribution workflows
