Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse operations coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient materials management. Your expertise will help us optimize our supply chain operations, support order fulfillment, and enhance overall warehouse performance.

Duties

- Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Check quantities and condition of received goods and record inventory accurately.
- Supervise warehouse staff to pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, packing slips, and related documentation.
- Enter sales orders and invoices into the company’s accounting/inventory system.
- Verify pricing, quantities, deposits,



and applicable charges before invoicing.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Track returned products, damaged goods, and inventory adjustments.
- Assist with shipping and delivery coordination.
- Ensure proper rotation of beer and other beverage products using FIFO principles.
- Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as required.

Experience

- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, invoicing, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and invoicing/accounting software.
- Ability to lift and move cases, kegs, and other products as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
