Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Shipper to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to our operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders to ensure our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick products using pick tickets or order lists
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or pickup
- Verify order accuracy (product, quantity, and condition) before shipping
- Prepare shipments in line with daily schedules and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory




- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow pick lists, invoices, and instructions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Forklift certification is an asset (training can be provided)
