Fastener Warehouse is a growing industrial distributor serving customers across Western Canada. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our customers while maintaining a safe, organized, and team-focused workplace.

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Calgary branch. This is a working supervisor role, meaning you'll be part of the day-to-day operation while leading a small team. If you're someone who leads by example, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in running an efficient operation, we'd like to hear from you.

Duties

· Lead and support a small warehouse team

· Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, kitting, and inventory activities

· Pick, pack, ship, and receive product as needed

· Ensure inventory is accurate through cycle counts and inventory control

· Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe

· Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the branch

· Ensure all company safety policies and procedures are followed

· Ensure forklifts, warehouse equipment, racking, and tools are properly maintained and inspected

· Coordinate facility and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance as required

· Train and support team members

· Work with Sales to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time





· Help identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes

· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Skills The successful candidate will be dependable, on time, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Previous warehouse experience

· Leadership, supervisory, or lead hand experience

· Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

· Forklift experience

· The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend most of the day on your feet

Experience in industrial distribution or fasteners would be considered an asset.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
