About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable full-time Warehouse Worker to join our Kelowna team.

You’ll work under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, supporting daily operations including receiving, shipping, and maintaining temperature-controlled inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and organize incoming shipments of seedlings
- Prepare and stage outbound orders for delivery
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper cold storage conditions
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience required – Forklift experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Must have steel-toed boots and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality,



and teamwork attitude

Work Setting This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work, including cold storage areas with temperatures as low as -2°C. Proper protective clothing is recommended.

Schedule & Compensation

- Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Overtime: May be available during peak receiving periods Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kelowna, BC V1X 7S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
