We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks with products while ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
- Fabricate or build products as needed based on order specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards safety practices in the workplace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the operational requirements of the warehouse.
