Role Description The Warehouser is a full time, on-site role based at the Montreal, QC facility. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying documentation, unloading goods, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. Day-to-day tasks include picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, loading trucks, and maintaining accurate records of stock movements.

The Warehouser helps keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company procedures. Collaboration with logistics, sales, and service teams is required to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Experience with Shipping & Receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders and maintaining accurate records.




- Demonstrated skills in Packing orders and preparing goods for safe transport and delivery.
- Ability to perform Unloading tasks, including handling heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Capacity to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; forklift certification is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
